Tubes
(2009)
“Tubes” utilizes the inherent structure and grain of an aggregated cardboard tube. Components are composed in an additive method and then re-formed through subtraction into conceptual furniture prototypes. The studies vary methods of stacking and joining inside different grid typologies and follow along with additional strategies of skinning or wrapping.
